LUCAS GRIMES
Lucas has an academic background in computer science and neuroscience, his professional focus moved to streamlining enterprise systems and information after working as an energy consultant where the idea for Imperium was incepted. The only way to learn the intricacies and complex nature of the US deregulated energy market was to be wholly immersed in it, understanding every detail. Lucas used his education and love of complex problems to come up with the solution this industry so desperately needs.

NICK LESSELLS
Nick has a long background in entrepreneurship. Working for his first startup at the age of 19, he and his partner scaled a homegrown clothing brand from two friends in a garage making $250 in a month, to two warehouses employing 12 people, with stockists in 23 countries, bringing in $2M a year. He has since started a specialized event production business expanding from a single client to hundreds all over the central Ohio area, hiring over 25 people to provide expertise in wedding decor, lighting, and sound for thousands of people. He is a problem solver who loves the challenge of innovation.

ARTHUR KAPLAN
Arthur Kaplan attended Stanford University & Ohio State University with concentrations in Molecular Genetics, French, & International Business. His experiences have led him through the financial, public, sales, and entrepreneurial sectors throughout the past 2 decades. He is leveraging the skills and developed relationships to aid small and institutional commercial property owners throughout the country to generate savings via transparent energy practices TET (Total Energy Transparency) and via the company's proprietary predictive energy price algorithm. Mr. Kaplan's extensive entrepreneurial background provides a unique skill set that keeps his clients a step ahead in anything he touches. Truly granular in his sales approach, he provides the company's overall sales strategy along with its systemic and strategic expansion plans.

YEVGENIY KONONOVICH
Yevgeniy Kononovich has two decades of experience in IT roles, most recently as director and architect of a multimillion-dollar mission-critical project at a Fortune 100 company, overseeing design and development, information security, and operations. His work has taken him to many places around the globe, where he has had the opportunity to work with and learn from people of different cultures and mindsets. He has a passion for computer science and diverse experience from multiple IT fields. His responsibilities include articulating and executing the long-term technology vision of the company, obsessing over customer experience, and pursuing operational excellence.

RYAN TARZY
Ryan is passionate about working with innovators to create successful companies and accelerate new technology forward. He has co-founded and led three startups and been part of a $1.4B exit. Ryan has worked for both early-stage and more mature startups and invested in five companies. His initial training came as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company, but being an entrepreneur and investor/advisor/mentor is where his talents and passions meet. Lastly, he is also very interested in civic and community causes including mentoring, education, and promoting tolerance and is always looking for new challenges.
